Company Establishment
  • Preparation of the list of documents and papers natural and/or juridical persons need to submit for company establishment or investments in Turkey; explanation of the entire procedure
  • Consulting on the preparation of company statutes for a new company, partner structure, company domicile, management, power of attorney, capital shares
  • Formulation of the company statutes in accordance with the selected business branch
