Company Establishment
- Preparation of the list of documents and papers natural and/or juridical persons need to submit for company establishment or investments in Turkey; explanation of the entire procedure
- Consulting on the preparation of company statutes for a new company, partner structure, company domicile, management, power of attorney, capital shares
- Formulation of the company statutes in accordance with the selected business branch
- Handling of all procedures with chambers of commerce, trade registries, notaries and public authorities
- Obtaining permits, licenses and other necessary documents from the authorities
- Tax office registration
- Registration with social institutions including the Social Security Agency (SGK)
